Tenants have the convenience of paying their rent through rent reminder emails. The rent remainders have a "Make Payment" option. By clicking on it, tenants can enter their bank details using Interac over Zum to facilitate the payment process. A screenshot of the mail:
How long does the payment process reach the landlord's account?
When the tenant initiates the payment, Tenantcube marks the status as "In Progress." The system diligently tracks the transaction's journey, and once it successfully reaches the landlord's account, the status promptly transforms to "Completed." This ensures a transparent and efficient payment process for tenants and landlords. It typically takes 3-4 business days for the rent to be credited to the landlord's account.
