Head over to the applications' area and select details under the appropriate tenant. Before you can request a hold or deposit, the applicant will need to have been approved via their application. If they have been approved, select the request payment tab.
Complete the details including type of hold, appropriate details, and other relevant information. Select Send Request. Tenants will receive an email requesting this payment along with all the appropriate details and payment methods.
