Modified on Fri, 05 Jan 2024 at 12:47 PM

The video link. Collecting rent is extremely simple using Tenantcube. Once you convert applicants into tenants:
 -  Goto → Tenants → DetailsActions Automatic Rent Collection

 - Pick a start and end date.

 - Enter the amount and payment description.

 - Sit back and collect your rent.

Tenants will receive an email and go through the same process of setting up their banking as you did. Tenantcube will automatically pull the funds from their bank account and deposit them into your bank account. You will receive an email with the success payment message, and you can filter tenants by their payment status from the Tenants page.

MANUAL BANKING UPDATE

If you have their banking information, you can choose the option to enter banking information when you click on Automatic Rent Collection.

Instead of sending a request to your tenant you can update and save. You will see EFT active like the image below;

Kindly have a look at the video link for a brief overview.

NOTE: All EFT transactions will take 3 business days to be processed. This includes a day on hold to ensure there are no late failures. In some cases, late failure might happen up to 5 days after the sucess. In that case, the transaction will be reversed, and the money will be pulled back from the account.
