All payment transactions will be processed, and you can track the statuses on Tenantcube. Here are some statuses and what they mean.
1- Pending - funds have not yet started moving and are still in Tenant's bank account
2 - Processing - Funds have been withdrawn from the tenant's account but still need to be deposited in the landlord's account.
3. Paid - Money has successfully been transferred to the landlord's account
4. Failed - Payment transaction has failed for some reason (this would originate from Zum).
5 - Cancelled - The payment process has been stopped
Note: EFTs take 3-4 business days to process and for you to receive the money in your bank account.
