ID verification, or KYC(Know your customer), is an essential step in the tenant verification process.
Tenantcube customers requested this feature a lot. Now, Tenantcube users can quickly request an ID verification for applicants from the application details page.
Step 1: Click on Buy Verification Report
Step 2: Pay for the report.
Step 3: Applicant receives an email with the link to verify ID.
NOTE: The applicant has 24 hours to complete the ID verification. If they fail to do so, the link will expire. You can resend the link from within Tenantcube right from the same page. If a verification is not completed with within 24 hours and has expired, simply resend the link via the the resend tab. There is no additional charge to resend an expired link.
