Can I add tenants manually on Tenantcube

Typically, applicants are converted to tenants within Tenantcube. However, if you would like to add an existing tenant, go to the Tenants tab on the navigation bar → select Add Tenants

Enter the required information. PS: Email is an unique identifier. If your tenant does not have an email, just make up one to be able to add as a tenant. 

While you are there, if you would like to provide your tenant with access to the tenant portal. Enable "Send email invite to Tenant" This allows your tenants to submit work order, manage document and pay rent online.
