How do I convert an applicant to a tenant ?

After you are satisfied with your screening and/or leasing efforts, you can convert an applicant to a tenant.

To do so: 
 - Head over to the applications tab
 - Click on details under the applicant you'd like to convert to tenant. 

 - Click on Convert to Tenant (shown below)
