The move-in checklist is an add-on feature on Tenantcube. Each checklist will be charged on a per-user basis.

Once the move-in checklist is initiated from Tenantcube, it is a live link which will be emailed to you and your tenants. This way, you can agree on the items listed when you walk through the property.
They could be captured along with the correct comments if any repairs were committed. It provides complete transparency to the process and removes any guessing during move-out.
