1. Log in to your tenant portal. Click on the "Maintenace" tab.
2. Click "Create Task" and submit a work order.
3. Enter the subject and description. Make sure to attach some pictures. It will help with faster resolution.
If your landlord or property manager has provided you with a QR Code you will be able to scan the QR code and access the form through that.
You can also download the Tenantcube mobile app and submit work orders directly from your phone and snap pictures of the issue.
